2023 Guest Room Rates – AS OF JULY 2019 an additional 2.75% Cape Cod water protection tax is in effect.
DEPOSIT: A deposit of 1 or 2 nights is required, depending on the length of your stay. Cancellation Policy: Prior to 10 days notice, deposit is refundable, less $25 fee. Within 10 days of arrival, deposit is Refundable less $25 fee if we can re-rent the unit.

Some holiday weekends require a 2 or 3 night stay.
Holiday rates are slightly higher. Off season rates are based on a graduated scale. Lowest rates are in March and November. Rates increase approaching In Season. All rates are based on double occupancy. Additional persons per night, $15. Roll-a-way beds & cribs: $15 each per night.
Pets: Pets (dogs only) are welcome in the off-season only. $25 per night per pet charge.
